Once the applicant is fully and permanently employed in Canada, he/she is eligible to apply for Canadian Permanent Residency, which can lead to Canadian citizenship after 36 months of Canadian residency.

Also your spouse and children under 21 years old will be eligible to accompany you in Canada.
